The Formula Homes story began in 1995 with a very specific design and price strategy as its ultimate goal.

For the first few years the concentration was on spectacular yet affordable double storey homes that competed in price with the larger builders but also gave better value to new home buyers.

Some of these better value items were visible, such as roll formed bench tops, laminated shelving, down lights to all living areas, central heating, etc. and then there were the non visible structural items, such as seasoned pine framing and concealed plumbing which changed the way many of the long established builders had to build their homes.

Our goal is to bring to all new home buyers a product that is desirable, affordable and built to a standard that will compete in price categories far higher than our own.

A hands on approach by the company directors, with them being actively involved in the day to day running of the business, adds to the personal touch, thus making the business of building more enjoyable.
